AWS Louisiana project evidence expanded
The project detail now includes the named utility, developer, dated announcements and project-specific sources. Delivery dates, parcel availability and financing closings remain open diligence items.

Texas ERCOT audit hold added to restriction map
Texas now carries a whole-state warning with the affected interconnection process identified. State shading does not establish a blanket construction ban.
