Announced MW: recorded plans at their stated scope. This does not establish energized or available power.
Estimated current IT MW: Epoch’s estimate of IT capacity in the downloaded snapshot; not metered demand or total facility draw. Zero is retained as reported.
Generation infrastructure: tracked separately and excluded from data-center announced-capacity summaries.
Reported investment: source text may describe construction, planned spending, a regional program or a transaction. It is not necessarily capital raised, a project valuation or financing closed.
Missing values: remain unknown. No MW is inferred from dollars.

Coverage and evidence

Regional records can overlap campus records. Counts describe register entries, not unique campuses; state sums are not deduplicated market totals. Map locations can be approximate. Original compilation labels do not verify every diligence field, and legacy records have not all been reverified.

The power-docket pilot covers selected sources in six states. Retrieved filings, agendas and keyword matches remain unreviewed; they do not establish approval, a financing close, or a service commitment. Source health records expose partial or failed collections. Collection dates are distinct from filing dates. Refreshes run when the collector is invoked.
